This website is operated by Your Local Gaming Store, a sole trader business based in Western Australia, Australia.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Your Local Gaming Store / YourLGS.

2. Products and Availability
We sell trading cards, accessories, collectibles, and related items.
All products and prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Squarespace’s payment system.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or availability issues.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Australia only.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays once the item has been shipped.
5. Returns and Refunds
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding consumer guarantees.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major defect and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Please note:
We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” purchases.
Trading card products that have been opened or unsealed (e.g. booster packs, boxes, or similar items) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance unless the product is defective before opening.
To request a return for a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Your Local Gaming Store / YourLGS and is protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
