Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding consumer guarantees.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major defect and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” purchases.

• Trading card products that have been opened or unsealed (e.g. booster packs, boxes, or similar items) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance unless the product is defective before opening.

• To request a return for a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.
